~ So we had a vote and we had a 3 way tie for ideas/themes. So we will use the 3 to open up the gates and let ideas pour through. So you can choose one of the three topics/themes and come up with shot that includes one of them as a main feature of the shot.

For those of you that like a challenge we put it to you to try include 2 or just to show how awesome you are 3 of the ideas into one complete shot. We will be impressed by anyone able to do this and if done right I am sure the votes will reflect it.

Contest Open Now and closes the 28th of May 2008. Thats 3 weeks to come up with something amazing to blow us all away with. Do - do - do it!

All shots have to b based on the clubs main foundation - Longexposure!

Voting will be from 29th of May 2008 to the 13th of June.

You must be a member of the club to submit into the contest. New members are encouraged to submit.

IMPORTANT! Gallery Submissions – Something to Note

The Club is about Long-Exposure photography, hence the name, hence the game. Submissions should depict this factor in the work. We have had a few submissions (still good work!) that may be long exposure but don’t exactly portray the fact.

This however does not mean you are limited to dark/night-time photography or the likes there of. A prime example would be a flowing stream taken during the day in a forest. This would be where the shot shows the water as a moving blur. To create such an effect a longer exposure is required. Bingo!
